A Retainer Fee of $100 is due when booking your appointment. This is a nonrefundable fee to guarantee the time and date we have scheduled. Time, date and locations can be changed due to weather or reasonable requests. Editing work does not generally begin on proof images until session balance is paid in full. A $25 transaction fee will be applied each month on payments for session.

For ordering Portrait Prints or Digital Images-. Visa, Discover, MasterCard, ATM/Debit Cards and Cash are accepted.A payment plan can be done with a $25 transaction fee for each month of payments made for orders. Portraits Prints and Digital Files will not be given until entire order is paid in full. All balances will be paid in full within 6 months of order made. No refunds given to orders made.
All prices quoted before tax of Fayetteville, NC added of 7% and are subject to change without notice. Pricing changes do not effect prices of sessions done within 6 months of purchase of portraits or digital files, but after this time clients will adhere if changes are made.
For Packages with multiple sessions, images from all sessions will not be presented until order is made for session before. This is to not be overwhelmed by additional photos.
Military Clause: Persons who receive orders to move are able to take any remaining sessions (in packages with multiple) and use the monies for prints and/or discs instead of next session(s) if time does not allow for photography session to be done. Also, if photographer should receive orders, all monies of sessions not done will be paid back to client in full or given the option to use as credit towards prints or disc.
Images viewed will be kept by Photographer for 6 months once posted onto site. |
